Hone in on specific goals, instead of a list of twenty or thirty things. With too many things on your plate, you may get overwhelmed and feel like a failure for not accomplishing all the things.
Don't be afraid to put something down because of the resources that are available to you right now. Those are called limiting beliefs and girl, there's no room for that in the new year!
